Payment methods:

• e-transfer
• Internet payment link via Square
   

• To book:  50% of the stay for two people (full amount for two people if $500 and less before taxes)
• To maintain the reservation:  the rest of the stay for two people is due 1 month before arrival
• On arrival:  payment for additional people, if applicable
• Early departure:  no refund or credit, regardless of the reason
   

Travel or other cancellation insurance: 
It is your responsibility to check what protection you have on your credit card or private insurance. I assume no responsibility in the event of cancellation, whether due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, death, accident, illness, pandemic, power outage, forest fire, road closure, political conflict or any other known reason. or still unknown. It is your responsibility to comply with applicable government rules.

Security deposit:  
A deposit of $500 may be requested upon reservation or upon arrival, by credit card. If there is no damage or theft, you will be refunded within 24 hours of your departure, depending on the condition of the premises. If the damage or theft exceeds the security deposit, you will still have to cover the costs. Any breakage or theft is billed to the customer, except breakage due to normal wear and tear or defect. If you are not asked for a security deposit upon arrival, you are still required to pay for any damage or theft caused by you or your guests.
